OP submits that he has already supplied the goods.  The acknowledgement given by the Complainant is also produced and it shows that Complainant has already taken new Chappals on exchange for old Chappals.  Hence, the grievance of the Complainant is already met.  Now the Complainant is absent. Hence, it appears he is no more interested in the Complaint.  We are also of the opinion that it is not a fit case to award any compensation.  Hence, the Complaint is closed.
