Attendance on behalf of complainant has been filed.

Heard learned Lawyer for the complainant and perused the record. The case of the complainant  is that he purchased Apache Motor cycle  bearing No.- BR06BU-3233 from o.p no.-1 and total amount of vehicle was fixed as Rs. 91,400/- including insurance  and registration fee. The further case is that the complainant paid Rs. 41,400/- to o.p no.-1 as advanced  money and Rs.50,000/- by finance through TVS credit. The further case is that after payment of installments and lockdown he obtained status  of finance and came to know that Rs.63,900/- were received through finance by committing forgery and cheating against the complainant.

To prove the cheating and forgery evidence should be required in full length which cannot be decided in the summary proceeding. In the circumstances we are of the opinion that this complaint is not maintainable before this forum for trial of cheating and forgery.

Accordingly complaint petition is dismissed at admission stage itself.
