FINAL ORDER

Sri Samaresh Kumar Mitra Presiding Member.

This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for getting his clamed amount back along with proper legal action against the seller.

By filing a petition dt. 08.06.2017 the complaint wants to withdraw the case as the Opposite Party transferred the total claimed amount of Rs. 11,999/- on 12th May in his bank account. So, the complainant has no grievance against the Opposite Party.

Heard. Perused the case record as well as the petition for withdrawing the case.

Having gone through the same we are of view that the dispute between the complainant and the OP has been settled. The complainant has got his claimed amount. He has no other grievance against the Opposite Party. He is willing to withdraw the case. So the Forum should not stand on the way of the pious wishes of the complainant.

Hence,

                                                      Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 21/2017 be and the same stands disposed of being withdrawn.

There will be no order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
