ORDER

The case is placed before this UpbhoktaLokAdalat held on 25/03/2023 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

                The petitioner is represented by his lawyer Joy Gopal Das. The OP is represented by Sri DebrajBatabyal D.E. and Station Manager, SuriWest W.B.S.E.D.C.L. A petition was filed by the petitioner on 22/03/2023 stating that the disputehas been settled amicably. Copy duly served. Today during hearing Ld. Lawyer for petitionersubmitted that the petitioner is not willing to proceed with this case any further. The Station Manger concedes on behalf of W.B.S.E.D.C.L to this approach. No due is pending as against the petitioner. He has no objection to the disposal of this case amicably.
