The complainant is a businessman and owner of Trimurthy Enterprises and taken the work of lifting the Charcoal from the factory area of the OP company on daily basis.  Before entrustment of the work, the complainant has given security deposit of Rs.2,50,000/- to the OP Company.  Now the complainant seeking for refund of the Security deposit.  The complainant is a service provider and not the OP company.  There is no deficiency in service on the part of the OP Company.  This is not a consumer complaint because the complainant is not a consumer within the meaning of Section 2(1)(d) of the Consumer Protection Act – 1986.

            For the above reasons, the complaint is dismissed at the stage of admission.
