Complainant and opposite party present. Matter settled, filed compromise. As per the conditions in the compromise, opposite party admitted to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant, as he prayed for.
Hence the Forum directs the opposite party to pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- as admitted by them in the compromise petition, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
