            This record is put up today as per put up petition of O.P/Jdr-ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. where the Jdr intends to file an A/c. Payee cheque being No. 623614, dated 24/01/2019 of Rs.1,21,000/- (Rs. One Lakh Twenty One Thousand) only in favour of the Complainant/Dhr-Biplab Das drawn on ICICI Bank towards full and final satisfaction of the awarded money passed in the aforesaid C.C. No. 63/2007. Let the aforesaid cheque be kept in the safe custody of this Forum. The complainant is at liberty to receive the said cheque with proper identification as per his convenience from this ld. Forum.

Today the Complainant/Dhr-Biplab Das is personally present for withdrawing the said A/c. Payee cheque in his name and he is identified by his ld. Advocate. He has submitted self-attested photocopy of his Aadhar Card along with its original. After verification, the original is returned to the Complainant/Dhr- Biplab Das.

Regarding identification of the Complainant/Dhr, doubt has not been cropped up and accordingly there is no bar to hand over the A/c. Payee cheque as mentioned for Rs.1,21,000/- to the Complainant/Dhr- Biplab Das on proper receipt.

            Let the A/c. Payee cheque for Rs.1,21,000/- be handed over to the Complainant/Dhr- Biplab Das on proper receipt.

            The Dhr has also filed an application for disposal of the present Execution Application as he has received the aforementioned A/c. payee cheque and he has no grievance against the Jdrs. As the complainant is not willing to proceed with the Application further, we are allowing the application of the complainant/Dhr.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Execution Application being No. 24/2018 be and the same is dropped on full and final satisfaction without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
