This execution application has arisen u/s 25 & 27 of the C. P. Act, 1986 out of CC/83/2009 where final order was passed on 20.08.2013 on contest in favour of the complainants directing the OP to credit Rs. 1, 01,539.00 in the SB account of the complainants together with accrued interest as per bank norms. .
From the Order No. 07 dt. 04.07.16 it appears that the OP-J.dr. deposited a D.D. bearing No. 692639 dt. 23.06.16 for Rs.1, 71,234.64 in favour of the D.hrs.
It is also seen from the order No. 08 that the D.hrs received the said D.D. for Rs.1, 71,234.64 on 11.7.2016 with full satisfaction. They have not grievance against the J.dr.
So, we have no impediment to dispose of this execution application as the J.dr has complied with the final order passed on 20.08.2013.
Hence,
Ordered
that the Execution Application No. 02/2016 is thus disposed of on full satisfaction.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
