Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant. The subject matter of the instant case relates to ATM card. In view of the judgement of the Hon’ble National Commission published in 2011(2) CPR 26 (NC), such type of cases cannot be entertained by this Forum.

Hence the case is rejected.

The case is disposed of accordingly.

The complainant is at liberty to agitate his case beore the appropriate Forum on selfsame cause of action.
