Complainant has not taken any steps.

On call nobody appears for the complainant.

The conduct of the complainant which is revealed from the case record reflects that the complainant is not interested to procced with this case. So, this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly,

Ordered

that this C.C. case no. 199 of 2019 be and the same is dismissed for noncompliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed  as to costs.
