ORDER

Order Dated 25.10.2008 ORDER The complainant has sent a letter dated 23.10.2008 stating that he has received a cheque for Rs. 42,644/- from the opposite party on 15.10.2008. The complainant has filed his complaint before the District Forum on 16.10.2008. Therefore, the complainant submitted in his letter that he wants to withdraw the complaint since he has received cheque from the opposite party. So in view of the letter of the complainant he has permitted to withdraw the complaint and complaint is closed on request of the complainant. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
