MR. BIBEKANANDA  DAS, MEMBER:-

                  Complainant has filed C.C.Case No. 81/2022 U/s-35 of C.P.Act,2019 before this Commission seeking reconsider the order of GRF, Electrical Paradeep and Issue appropriate order as deemed fit.

                  The grievance of Complainant pertains to declaration of Ice Plant as Agro Industry.

                 This commission is not the appellate Forum of GRF as such the prayer of Complainant to reconsider the order of GRF, Electrical Paradeep cannot be allowed by this Commission.

                 However the grievance of Complainant is regarding declaration of Ice Plant as Agro Industry. The Complainant is given liberty to approach appropriate authority by submitting exhaustive representation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order and the said authority shall pass appropriate order in accordance with rules with regard to declaring the Ice Plant of Complainant as Agro Industry within a period of 2 months.

            With the aforesaid observations & direction the C.C.Case No. 81/2022 is accordingly disposed off. No order as to cost.

                              Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
