                                    Smt. Jigeesha Mishra, President:-

24.08.2022:               To-day the case is fixed for hearing on admission. Perused the complaint along with documents. It reveals that the complainant is having three numbers of vehicle bearing No. OD16F-8394, vehicle bearing NO.OD16F-8392 and vehicle bearing No.OD16F-8393 and files individually before this commission.  The vehicles are used for commercial purposes and the complainant is not a consumer of the Opposite party.

 

                                    Hence the present complaint of the complainant is not maintainable and dismiss with no liberty to raise the matter before this Commission again in future.

 

Order pronounced in the open court today the 24^th day of Aug’2022 under my hand seal of this Commission.
