ORDER

This Order is Pronounced in the court on seperate sheets of paper today 1.Complaianant is directed to pay Rs.2,887/- to the O.P.s within two months from the date of this order. 2.The O.P.s are further directed to refund Rs.999/- to the complainant within two months if this amount has been collected as deposit. 3.O.P.s are directed to pay cost Rs.300/- to the complaianant. 4.If either of the litigants fail to pay to other the respective sums as aforesaid within the time limit prescribed they shall be liable to pay interest on such sume at the rate of 12% p.a. untill the date of payment.
