            Complainant’s father T.K. Kunhiraman was a stockist of Arsu Cement produced by the opposite party.  He deposited `10,000/- towards security deposit.  After his demise complainant inherited to his  business.  Subsequently the stockistship is transferred  in his name. Now  he stopped the business and asked the opposite party to refund the security deposit.  But so far it is not returned. Hence the complaint.

            Heard the complainant.  Upon  hearing the complaint it appears that complainant is not a consumer and the dispute mentioned herein is  not a consumer dispute. Hence the complaint is dismissed in limini.
