ORDER

ORDER DATE- 27/06/1996. a) The first and second respondents are directed to pay sum of Rs. 865/- being loss of interest to the complainant. b) The 3rd respondent is directed to pay sum of Rs. 9,472/- to the complainant being the loss of interest. c) The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant as damages towards the sufferings mental agony and hardship. The respondents 1to 3 are jointly and severally liable to pay the same to the complainant. The respondents 1 to 3 are jointly and severally liable to pay the cost of this proceeding a sum of Rs. 1,000/- to the complainant .
