This complaint has been filed by the complaint u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an order directing the OP to repair or replace the mobile set and compensation of Rs.26, 000/- for harassment.
By filing a petition today, the complainant prays for disposing of the case as his grievance has been solved by the OPs. He also states that he has no other allegation against the OPs.
Heard the complainant. Perused the petition.
From the petition dt. 17.5.17 it appears that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and the complainant is not willing to proceed with the complaint.
So, we are of view that we should not stand on the pious way of the complainant.
Hence,
Ordered
that the Consumer Complaint No. 157/2016 be and the same is disposed of being withdrawn.
There will be no order as to cost.
Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
