Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.

No step taken by the complainant. None is present on behalf of the complainant. No show cause is filed by the complainant.

It is evident from the record, vide order No. 06, dated 26.03.2018, the complainant did not take any step and none appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, the complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default.

Today also the complainant has not taken any step and none is present on behalf of the complainant and moreover no show cause is submitted by the complainant.

In such circumstances we are of the opinion that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the complaint further and he is not coming before this Forum to proceed with this complaint. Therefore, the complaint should be dismissed.

Hence, it is 

O r d e r e d

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 05/2018 be and the same is dismissed for default. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
