Complainant is absent without steps. Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why the case shall not be dismissed for default i/d the case will be dismissed. On a close scrutiny of the materials on record, it appears that since long the complainant is found absent before this Commission. Hence considering and conduct of the complainant this Commission is in view to dismiss the case for default.

            Hence,

                                    that the instant Case No. 05/2021 be and the same is dismissed for default.
