The case record is taken up today for ex-parte hearing. The Complainant filed a petition on 03.11.22 praying for withdrawal of the complaint on the ground that the instant complaint case has been amicably settled. The Complainant is examined today stating that he files the petition praying for withdrawal of the instant complaint case voluntarily as the case has been amicably settled.

       The Complainant is not willing to proceed with this case as the case has been amicably settled. The materials on record shows that he files the petition today  praying for withdrawal of the instant case. Such being the position the instant is required to be dismissed as withdrawn. Hence it is

that the instant complaint case bearing No.CC/172/2019 be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn but under the circumstances without costs.
