None is present for both the sides.  On last date also none had appeared for the appellant.  Therefore, last chance was granted to the appellant for hearing before admission.  Today also none appeared for the appellant.  Hence, the appeal deserves to be dismissed in default.  The appeal be recalled at the end of the Board for order.
