The case is taken up before this Lok Adalat for disposal.

     The complainant, Bipul Mahata is present personally.

     Sir Subimal Kanti Dey , Deputy Manager, SBI, ADB Branch, Berhampore,Murshidabad is present personally along with Ld. Lawyer for the OP.

     Heard both sides.

     This matter has been settled on compromise to the effect that the complainant will hand over the cheque amounting to Rs.14, 400/- dt. 13.03.14 which was returned to him being inoperative account,  to the Deputy Manager, ADB Branch, SBI and the OP Bank will pay Rs.14,400/- to the complainant within 15 days from this day.

    Accordingly, the complainant Bipul Mahata has handed over the cheque amount to Rs.14, 400/- dt. 13.03.14  being cheque No 073151 to the Deputy Manager, ADB Branch, SBI, Berhampore, Murshidabad , who is present today before this Lok Adalat

    It is also settled that the complainant has no other claim besides Rs.14,400/-.

      Hence,

                                     Ordered

That the Consumer Complaint No. 06/2015 is disposed of on compromise before this Lok Adalat.

    The OP Bank is directed to pay Rs.14, 400/- to the complainant within 15 days from this day.

     Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to both of the parties free of cost immediately.
