The case is placed before this LokAdalat held on 12/11/2022 at D.C.D.R.C, Birbhum at 10:30 am.

Both the parties are present along with the conducting Ld. Advocate.

The matter has been settled and between the parties at LokAdalat.

Both the parties are agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 2,51,111/-(Two lakh fifty one thousand one hundred eleven only)

The OP Insurance Company is directed to hand over the cheque to the complainant within 20 days from this date of order.

Let the matter is disposed of.

 

            Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
