Complainant: Afrozzaman Haque, I/C Samad Apartment, 180 Abdus Samad Road, Gorabazar, P.O. & P.S. Berhampore, Murshidabad, Pin: 742101.

FINAL ORDER

            This complaint has been filed by the complainant u/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for an order directing the OP to exchange the faulty product and Rs.15000/- as compensation.

            From the case record, it appears that the complaint has been filed by the complainant on 06.12.2016 and 15.12.2016 was fixed for admission hearing. On that day, the complainant was present and also prayed for amendment of the complaint.

            Thereafter several opportunities on 09.01.17, 25.01.17, 09.02.17, 20.02.17 and lastly today i.e. on 10.03.17 were given to the complainant to get his case admitted but on all the occasions the complainant was found to be absent.

            Our considered view is that the complainant is not willing to get his complaint admitted. So, it is liable to be dismissed for being not admitted.

            Hence,

                                                                      Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint No. 178/2016  is dismissed for  being not admitted.                                         

Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand under proper acknowledgment / be sent forthwith under ordinary post  to the concerned parties as per rules, for information and necessary action.
