JUDGMENT

  1. The present complaint has been filed by the complainant before this commission to write off KCC loan amount Rs. 175000/.   
  2. Complainant stated that her husband died in road accident on 26.07.2011. Her husband had taken loan Rs. 175000/ for crop under the KCC scheme. Complainant is not in a position to make payment of the loan and there is a facility to write off the loan in case of death. 
  3.  Op stated that there is no provision to right of such type of the loan. 

4. Complainant has filed his affidavit and papers in support of his pleadings.  OP has also filed their affidavit and papers in support of their pleadings

5. We have perused the material available on record and heard the parties counsel.

6. The first question of consideration before us is whether the complainant is entitled for the relief claimed?

  1. Complainant has claimed to waive the loan advanced to her husband under KCC scheme. No such provision to waive such type of loan under the KCC scheme has been shown. There is no substance in complainant and is liable to be dismissed.   
  2.  The question formulated above against the complainant.
  3. We hereby dismiss the complainant.  
  4.  A copy of this judgment be provided to all the parties as per rule as mandated by Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The judgment be uploaded forthwith on the website of the commission for the perusal of the parties. 
  5.  File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this judgment.
