Extract of Order No.14 dtd.12.11.2016     

                                    Both the parties filed hazira along with Memo stating therein that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the OP-Company i.e. Toshiba India Pvt. Ltd. has paid a settlement amount of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand)only vide Cheque No.525178 Dtd.07.11.16 to  Complainant being present personally and producing proper identification to receive the Cheque today and in view of filing of Memo, the C.C.Case is dropped and disposed of on settlement made  on 4^th  National Lok Adalat.
