Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

Complainant has not taken any steps even at 12:25 pm when this matter is taken up for consideration.

Op has filed hazira and ld. Advocate for the op is present.

From the case record it appears that the complainant has not filed any interrogatories inspite of getting more than sufficient opportunity.

 Today the complainant has also not filed any show cause.

All these aspects are clearly reflecting that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.

Under this position this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

In the result, it is accordingly

that this case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
