                                                                                             JUDGMENT

            Complainant’s complaint regarding insurance claim of Rs.1,70,000/- which was pending with opposite parties. After issuing notice to opposite parties on 28.10.2022 the opposite parties settled the matter and gave a draft of Rs.1,68,887.22 paisa bearing No.9853556 dtd.29.12.2022 and the complainant received the draft without any objection for full and final settlement of her claim. The matter has been settled by both parties, so there is nothing to proceed this case in this Commission. So the consumer complaint is disposed of without any cost.
