This case stands admitted on 27.05.2022 in absence of complainant as the complainant after filing the case on 15.10.2020 has turned up  only on 12.11.2020 and 10.12.2020 and remained absent regularly, therefore, in view of the provision of amended Act after lapse of more than 21 days of the filing of this case it was admitted. But it appears that even after giving information to the complainant’s advocate Sri Raj Kumar Singh on his mobile on 18.08.2022 as reported by the office complainant did not appear till today. Considering the fact as above, it appears that complainant has got no interest in this case. Hence, this complaint petition stands dismissed.
