          State Commission has dismissed the appeal as barred by limitation.  There was a delay of 221 days in filing the appeal.  The statutory period for filing the appeal is 30 days.  The consumer foras are required to decide the cases within a time frame.  Delay which is seven times over the statutory period granted for filing the appeal cannot be condoned under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.  The State Commission in its order has dealt with each and every point

which were raised before it for condonation of delay.  We agree with the view taken by the State Commission and do not find any infirmity in the same.  Dismissed.
