Both parties are present. In compliance with the order no. 7 dt. 3.8.09 J/drs. now pay Rs. 3075/- to the d/hr. inclusive the interest @10% p.a. D/hr. also in terms of said order has already given Rs. 285.92/- to the J/drs. D/hr. has also filed a xerox copy of the bank draft showing that he has received Rs. 3075/- from the J/drs. He also made an endorsement there that he has received the amount in full satisfaction. Having due regard to the circumstances, the case is disposed of on full satisfaction.
