This case was referred to the National Lok Adalat wherein the Parties have mutually and amicably settled the case out of Court as per terms of settlement arrived at by them before the National Lok Adalat today. Accordingly, as per terms of their settlement, the case stands disposed off. The terms of settlelment shall form part of this Order.
