                   Service of OP No.1 is complete. Counsel for the Op No.1 has filed his memo of appearance and has made a separate statement in which he states that he has tendered a demand draft bearing No.039004 dated 31.05.2017 amounting to Rs.13,900/- in compliance of order under execution and order under execution has been fully complied with. Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a demand draft bearing No.039004 dated 31.05.2017 amounting to Rs.13,900/- in compliance of order under execution. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

                   Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
