Case record is put up today. On perusal of the case record we find that complainant mukesh Das has filed instant case against above nemed O.P for on award of Rs 28/022.00 and Rs- 100000/- towards interest and physical & mental harassment. After notice O.P has appeared through Ashok kumar singh junior executive work as having E- Code 23761 and a time petition on was filed for submitting detail report about the claim of the complainant, on 07/08/2019 above Ashok kumar singh have submitted petition mentioning there in that the account no – 11389201533 was opened in the name of complainant Mukesh Das when he was miner aged about 10 year. Further that claim of the above amount has been settled in presence of introducer and relevant document filed. Further it has been stated that amount has been paid to parwati Das, mother of the complainant. Further we find that is support of the petition voter ID of the Parwati Das Payment voucher and settlement paper and petition of Laxmi Nath Mahato above mentioned and introducer has been filed in this case and Laxmi Nath Mahoto also filed affidavit in support of his Petition. There after complainant has stopped taking step in this case since, 1903/2020. It appears that after perusing the documents filed on behalf of the O.P complainant has willfully taking step in this case, that’s why he is not taking step in this case.

On the basis of above facts and circumstances and also on the perusal of the documents we do not think proper to proceed with the case, rather instant Case is disposed of as settled.
