Attendance on behalf of the complainant Ravi Kumar Keshri in person filed and is physically present before the commission. Attendance on behalf of the OP also filed through his advocate. In view of order dated 11.10.2023 passed by this commission complainant is directed to claim for his amount due with the OP online, Complainant has submitted that he has already applied on line . In view of the above said facts after the final order of the Hon’ble appear court this commission has no Juridication at all in interfairing in this matter or to entertain such complaints hence the present complaint is disposed off with direction to the complainant to per such is claim online as per the guidelines given in the order dated 29.03.2023 by Hon’ble Appex Court in IA  no. 56308 of 2023 in Writ petition (C.no. 191 of 2022) in A.K Mohanti Vs Union of India and others.
