Today is fixed for S/R. In spite of several directions, the Complainant has not been filing requisites for the issuance of notice upon the OP. The record shows that the Complainant was found absent on call on 13.06.23, 22.08.23, 21.11.23 and today i.e. on 21.02.24. The Complainant Chameli Khatun filed the instant case praying for giving direction to the OP to refund the credited amount of Rs. 1,44,800/- and the a further direction be given to the OP for compensation of Rs. 20,000/- for mental pain and agony and harassment. But the Complainant has not been filing requisites for long period. The Complainant has also been being absent for long period. Such being the position, we are of the view that the instant case has no merit and as such the Complainant is not at all interested in the instant case. The instant case is liable to be dismissed. Hence, it is Ordered that the complaint Case No. CC/72/22 be and the same is dismissed on merit against the OP. Let plain copy of this order be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment as per rules, for information and necessary action.
