Complainant Sudhansu Kumar Mishra is present and files a petition with a prayer to allow him to withdraw the case.

Complainant in persons stated categorically before this Commission that he is not willing to proceed with the case further more due to his physical illness and he put his signature in the withdrawal petition at his own accord without having any influence from any corner.

In the circumstance this Commission is in view that there is no predicament to allow the complainant/petitioner to withdraw his case.

            Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 07/2019 dismissed for none prosecution.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
