Today, applicant – Sh. Amarjeet Singh Mourya in person as well as learned counsel Sh. Chetan Jain on behalf of the opposite parties, have appeared.

The applicant present in person before the Commission has made an endorsement on the present application, which has been registered as Miscellaneous Application, to the effect that he does not want to press the application.

Accordingly, on the basis of endorsement of “Not Pressed” made by the applicant, the present miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed, as not pressed.
