Today is fixed for taking steps upon O.P. no.2 by Complainant.

No step is taken by complainant.  It is now 12-45 p.m.  On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor his advocate is found present.

Perused the materials on record.  It appears that Complainant was also absent without any steps on the previous dates.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, this complaint is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                        Ordered

That complaint be and same is hereby dismissed for default but without cost.
