ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The O.P. is directed to change and give mobile set of Rs.5,074/- with 60 days from the date of this order if set is not available for that amount he shall give the mobile set differ from that amount and refund Rs.25/- towards mobile set card change. If O.P. is failed to change and give mobile to the complainant after 30 days he shall pay Rs.5,074/- with interest at 18% from 13.07.2007 till the payment. If O.P. shall change the mobile the complainant is return the old mobile set to the O.P. The O.P. is directed to pay Rs.500/- to the cost of this complaint.
