Today is fixed for S/R & appearance in respect of the Ops.

Today complainant is present in person and files hazira. The complainant also files an application praying to dispose of the case on compromise, proposed by the OP. The complainant stated in the application that the case has been mutually settled out of Forum and there is no allegation exists against the Ops and as such the complainant wishes to withdraw the case on compromise settlement. All the Ops are present by filing haziras respectively. OP-3 files a certified true copy of the resolution wherefrom it is evident that Mr. Manas Das is authorized to proceed for any legal matter on behalf of the OP-3. Mr. Manas is also present on behalf of the OP-3 by filing hazira.

As the complainant in person  by filing application prays for withdrawing the case as the grievance against the Ops has already been settled out of Forum and there is no grievance left against them, so we are of the opinion that the prayer of the complainant should be allowed.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 131/2018 be and the same is disposed of on withdrawal. There is no order as to costs.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
