The case record is put up today as per put up petition. Complainant files a petition praying for dismissal of the suit on the ground that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. The Complainant is not willing to proceed with the case. The Complainant has filed the petition and he has stated in his evidence that he filed the said petition voluntarily. Such being the position, the case is required to be dismissed.

   Hence, it is

                                                 ORDERED

that the instant Complaint Case No. CC/94/2020 be and same is dismissed but under the circumstances without any costs.

Let plain copy of this order  be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties / Ld. Advocate/Agent on record, by hand /by post under proper acknowledgment  as per rules, for information and necessary action.
