ORDER

Present:       Complainant in person with Shri S.K. Badal, Advocate.

                   Shri Vinod Chahar, Advocate for the OPs.

                            

         File taken up on the application moved by complainant.  Ld. Counsel for the OPs has made a statement that the matter has been comprised for an amount of Rs.35,000/- and requested two months time for payment.  The complainant has also made a statement that he has heard the statement of ld. counsel the OPs and agree with the same.  He further stated that he withdraw the present complaint in view of the statement made by ld. counsel for Ops and decide the same accordingly.  Statement of both the parties recorded separately.  

          Heard.  In view of the statement made by both the parties, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.  The OPs is directed to pay Rs.35,000/- (Thirty five thousand only) in total to complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.  In case of default, complainant is entitled to get interest @ 12% per annum on the amount Rs. 35,000/- (Thirty five thousand only) from the date of default i.e. after 60 days from the date of this order and till its final realization. Certified copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs.  The file be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
