None appears on call.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as to why the instant case shall not be dismissed for non prosecution.

It appears from the record that complainant filed hazira but was absent on calls on 02/03/2022 and was failed to take steps since long period.  So the Commission vide its order dated 02/03/2022 directed the complainant to file show cause.  Next date was fixed on 056/05/2022.

Today, on repeated calls complainant found absent and no hazira has also been filed on his behalf.  No show cause petition has been filed till date.  So this Commission is of opinion that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the instant case, as such the instant case is liable to be dismissed for non prosecution.

Hence ordered, that the complaint case bearing no. C.C. 173/2019 is dismissed for non prosecution.
