ORDER

After hearing both the parties and available documents, it is clear from the records that notice was issued by the opposite parties to the complainant on 21.5.2021 U/s.13 (2) of SRFAESI Act, 2002. The complainant has filed this consumer complaint on 23.9.2021 suppressing the said fact when action was taken on SRFAESI Act this Commission has no jurisdiction to entertain any application.

 Hence the consumer complaint is hereby dismissed
