We hereby direct the Opposite Parties jointly and severally to refund the purchase price of the vehicle from the date of filing of the complaint till its realization.  We also direct the Opposite Parties jointly and severally to pay the Complainant compensation of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only. for inconvenience, ambarrassment, frustration, stress, tension, mental agony, loss of his business caused to the Complainant after purchasing of the said vehicle and Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand only) towards cost. Incase the Complainant does not pay the above amount/award within a period of 30 days from the date of order, it shall carry interest at the rate of 9%. The Complainant to handover the possession of the vehicle to the Opposite Parties upon receipt of entire amount from the Opposite Parties.
