ORDER

Attendance on behalf of the complainant filed through his advocate. Record is trailing for furnishing the fresh address of the OP since 26.04.2023 after receipt of the postal peon’s reports as the opposite parties adressee left the palace as given on the envelop but the complainant has not furnished the present address of the OP despite granting several  opportunities till date.

Hence in view of above said facts this complaint is dismissed in default of non-furnishing of the present address of the OP as well as for non-prosecution.
