Order No.09, Dated: 21.04.2015

Dhr. files hazira.   On behalf of the Jdrs., their Ld. Advocate  files a petition along with a bankers cheque for Rs.1,24,491/- being No.011240 dated 28.3.2015 drawn on Bank of India, Durgapur Branch, praying to dispose of the case and stating that he has paid the awarded amount with interest by this cheque.  The copy of the petition has been served upon the Ld. Advocate for the Dhr.  The Dhr. himself is found present.  Being asked he has submitted before this Forum that he is satisfied with the amount as mentioned in the cheque and on the encashment of the cheque the award under execution will be satisfied.  He has further stated that if the case is disposed of on full satisfaction he has no objection. 

            Let the bankers cheque as mentioned above be kept in safe custody of this Forum for handing over the same to the Dhr. on proper receipt and proper identification.

            In the above premised we find nothing to proceed with this case further.  Fees paid is correct. Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the Execution Case No. 44/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Let the copy of this order be supplied all the parties free of cost.
