Today, Sh.Honey Sood, Area Sales Manager appeared on behalf of the Opposite Parties and made the following statement.

“Stated that since there is no deficiency in service on the part of the Opposite Parties and the Opposite Parties outrightly deny the alleged claim of the Complainant, but as a good  gesture,  the Opposite Parties are ready to refund the price of Rs.3,597/- i.e. price of the shoes in question, to the Complainant.”

On the other hand, Ms.Ashu, Ld.proxy counsel appeared on behalf of the Complainant  has made the following statement.

“I have received Rs. 3,597/- as full and final settlement from the Opposite Parties and withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied. “

In view of the aforesaid statements of both the parties recorded today before this Forum separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room  after compliance.
