This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Heard ld. Advocate for the complainant. Considered submission.

As per submission of the ld. Advocate of complainant the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and for that reason the complainant by sending one e-mail message has prayed for withdrawing this case.

As per submission of the ld. advocate of the complainant  the complainant has already received the claim amount of Rs. 1,48,550/-.

As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and complainant has received the claim amount, ld. Judges of this Upobhokta Lok Adalat are of the view that there is no necessity of further proceeding of this case.

In the result, it is accordingly,

ordered

that this complaint case being no. 26 of 2024 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.
